We are seeking a talented and experienced HR leader to join our team and drive our continued success.
The HR Manager owns how Inflight finds people, hires people, keeps people, and holds people accountable across the FBO, the Flight School, the Maintenance shop, and the Social Club.
Recruiting is the largest part of this seat. We are growing, and the constraint on our growth is talent. You will own the full hiring process from job posting to signed offer, and you will build a pipeline before we need it rather than scrambling when a seat opens.
The second part of this seat is culture. We have four core values and every person here is at or above the bar on all four. You are the one who makes that true. You coach our leaders through hard conversations, you make sure discipline is fair, documented, and timely, and you make sure the values show up in who we hire, who we promote, and who we part ways with.
The third part is the administrative backbone: onboarding, benefits, records, and compliance, done accurately and on time so nothing lands on a leader's desk that shouldn't.
You will report to the Integrator and work closely with the Operations Manager and every department lead in the building. You do not need an aviation background.
